Our History
Ma Foi (pronounce as” Ma Fwa”) was established on 15th of August 1992 in Chennai, India by our founder Mr. Pandiarajan K. With a focus on recruitment and human resources services, Ma Foi has grown to be a HR services company committed to offer people and people related services with a view to enhance net worth of human capital of organization.

With the merger with Vedior (www.vedior.com), we are today one of the world's largest staffing and HR services companies. Our specialist services span across Search, Staffing, HR Consulting and HR Business Process Outsourcing. 

Through our 90 offices across India, UAE, UK, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Oman and USA, Ma Foi has the advantage of offering its services backed by its global presence.

Ma Foi has worked for over 194 Fortune 500 organizations. As of Q3 2006, we have close to 1,000 core staff and over 26,000 contract staff. We partner with more than 1,500 clients, many of them seeking to recruit talent transcending national and regional boundaries. 

With an enviable track record of recruiting 110,000 personnel ( including 741 in the positions of General Manager and above) in 31 countries, we have clearly demonstrated our expertise in cross-border placements and our deep understanding of cultural sensitivities of the clients and candidates alike.

Ma Foi’s compounded annual growth rate has been about 82% over the last few years. The company’s growth has been sustained through investments in increasing presence in new locations, people, operating systems, information technology and quality. 

Vedior N.V. and Ma Foi merged strategically to ensure that the synergies are brought to the clients in Asia and those who have interests in Asia. This helps clients from the West to do get regional support in Asia and client from Asia to get local support in the West and other parts of the world.
